Excellent location & service!

I rented the 1st floor Boardroom at Premier Workspaces – Fashion Island: 620 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA for a half-day team planning session September 2023. Our team of 12 from around the United States chose to meet in southern California. Newport Beach turned out to be the ideal location!

After checking with the hotel that we would be staying at, and several other off-site meeting locations, Premier Workspaces was the best suited for our needs and the most economical. Alina Kessler, General Manager, was WONDERUL to work with and everything was just as promised! The first-floor boardroom was beautifully decorated and had the perfect amount of natural light. Everything was well organized, clean, supplied with necessities and the tech was easy to use. Complimentary Wi-Fi was included, and we were able to cast to the big screen TV for our meeting without issues. The large dry erase board was exactly what we needed for brainstorming and discussion. Things could not have gone more smoothly! The security officer in the building was welcoming and helped with any of our inquiries. We would hold another team planning session here in a heartbeat!

I asked Alina for catering suggestions to have breakfast & coffee brought in and her recommendation of Scratch Bakery Café was top notch. Scratch Bakery Café was also a pleasure to work with. The food arrived on time and was abundantly delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. After our meeting we headed over to Fashion Island (5-minute walk) and grabbed some lunch there. Thank you for making our team meeting such a fantastic experience!

Note: The parking garage (additional fee) was a very short walk (1-minute) from the building.

I have been with Premier in Newport Beach since 2016... could not be happier. The location is wonderful, our floor is always prestine and gorgeous, which makes it very professional for my high end/profile clients and a great environment to work at. All of my requests have always been addressed immediately. The staff and manager (Alina) are phenomenal! I don't think I could every leave here.

Excellent place to have an office (been here a couple years now) very clean quiet and well maintained. Elevators are streamline up and down and the amenities are perfect! Highly recommend this Luxury office space for all serious businesses looking to improve their working environment!
