Patrick Brady was much more than helpful. He saved us from so much grief and fear in confronting this horrible situation. Patrick walked me through the entire situation from the initial eviction to the elimination and clean up of multiple rooms filled with human waste and debris. Patrick did an amazing job of cleaning up this disastrous hoarding situation and restoring our unit to a healthy and livable residence. I was impressed not only with how Patrick handled the business portion of this situation but also with his attitude of respect with us and all those we had to confront.
