It was an awesome experience. I would recommend for a quiet family dinner and for having a good and chill time. I had an amazing time with my family, I had ordered drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) which were amazing and food was just.... chef's kiss....

I would recommend you to ask For Abdul and Shruthi for your dine experience. They were absolutely a delight and were a reason for such a great experience.

I can't say anything for the room service as I didn't stay in the hotel.

*Mixed Experience at The Park*

I previously stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and was impressed with its high standards and top-notch rooms, courtesy of a corporate booking. However, my recent stay failed to meet those expectations.

*Disappointment:*

- Room quality was subpar, comparable to budget hotels, and not reflective of the price paid.
- Multiple requests (3 times) for a room similar to my previous stay were ignored.
- Initial room had water lodging issues in the bathroom and excessive noise.

*Positive Aspects:*

- Staff assistance in replacing the initial room due to noise concerns.
- Helpful in sending my forgotten credit card.

*Issue with Courier Service:*

- Partnered courier service (DTDC) delivered to my apartment without notification and returned the package without contacting me.
- Unresponsive customer service led to blocking my credit card.

*Overall:* 2.5/5 stars

Have had their buffet a few times. Their spread is quite good. Non vegetarian starters especially fish are delicious. There are plenty of options in the main course. Desserts are okayish. It would be nice if they can include starters in the buffet too and not only for table serving. Service was excellent. I tried the drink the server recommended, it was quite good. Ambience is pleasant. Will definitely visit again.

Good food, vibrant mood and fulfilling ambience and the service from the team. Enjoyed the dinner out with the family. Had a good time on the weekend. The service was cordial and also had helped us with exploring the place. Time well spent and will visit again
