I wish I could give negative stars. I sent them a picture of my lease, wasnt good enough, sent them the other page of the lease that they said they needed to see, now my lease is, and I quote, "Too generic".
A Colorado lease with signatures, dates, and address was too generic for them. Don't use this company, save yourself the headache. Rude customer service, this company put me through hell for weeks, requesting one thing after another, just to tell me that what I sent wasnt good enough at all. Absolute worst company in the world. Terrible terrible experience, same as the rest of these people in the reviews. Don't use this company.

I live in Milliken CO and TDS was the only high speed internet option in my town. I hate Comcast but they’re coming in August and they can’t come soon enough because TDS is the absolute worst. Terrible online service, terrible product. I would give negative stars if I could. Stay far away from this “telecom provider”

Obviously at a 1.2 star company you already know what to expect, I’m not sure I even need to write a review but I’ll go ahead anyways I live in a apartment complex that sadly uses this company for internet and I must say they are run by absolute idiots they say it takes two days to turn on WiFi after payment. I used to work for a WiFi company and it’s literally a click of a button to return service. So either they are lying or they don’t have enough people to press a click of a mouse to return service. Explain to me what takes two business days to return service? Although it’s been one week and my job is mainly based from home. What a joke. Reaching out to my apartment manager and attorney for advice right now.

The absolute worst provider, customer service and billing I have ever dealt with. I cannot believe this company is still on business. Internet service works maybe 25% of the time, telephone lines have never been useable and the customer service is, well basically non existent. The o my positive is the service people who come to the house to check on things are very cordial and will basis ally tell you that their company's infrastructure is complete garbage. Do not ever pay these people a dime for anything, you will regret it. They are theives.

They don't tell you your online account will be deleted when you cancel your service so when you go to pay your bill, better pay early otherwise you'll get stuck with "convenience fees" to do it over the phone. Such BS.
And their customer service is THE WORST.

Terrible Internet, we get about 4-5 Mbps average or about 500~ KBps. 10 years ago this service would have been aging. Today it is just a painfully slow and frustrating experience with any kind of internet activity. Here are some gaming and software perspectives, average patches for video games these days can be anywhere from 1-10 gigs, that's several hours. Want to download a game via digital distribution? average AAA video game today is roughly 50GB+ compressed most likely. Add outages and other fun stuff caused by aging infrastructure or poorly written download managers, and you are looking at a 2+ day download. Software packages are usually not quite as bad but depending on the tools you are downloading it can be another nightmare. Youtube and Netflix? Just One Word. Buffering. Tech support? we were told that non functional service was still service when we complained about our router having to be rebooted 10-15 times a day. I wish this company would either upgrade their services and behave like a respectable company, or just die off.

Absolutely criminal. Have to call service center every two or three months just to get 2/3 of the advertised bandwidth capacity. I've had 2-5 mbps for weeks with a 15 mbps plan. About once a week, the internet will go out entirely for a few minutes to an hour. Small outages make online gaming impossible, as even a 2-3 second loss of connection will kick you to the login page of most online games. Had a repairman out, who claimed that the slow speeds were due to an unapproved router, then suggested an approved router. Buying the approved router did not solve the problem, and access speeds have only gotten worse since then. Strangely, filling out a ticket on their service site WILL cause speeds to approach adequate, but only for a time, which suggests some manipulation on TDS's part.
