I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and helped me pick out the perfect frame for my face shape. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Entirely worth driving 100 miles each way from Waterbury Connecticut to see this doctor and visit her office, the prices are extremely reasonable, the doctor is outstanding, and her staff are beyond helpful. Thank you for everything I will definitely be coming back. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Great service! Son's glasses broke the day before a soccer game. They took care of us and got his lenses into a temporary frame on the spot, and a appointment for new glasses only 2 days later

Went there with a replacement frame and my old glasses to find out how to much to put my lenses into my new frame . They replaced my lenses on the spot and didn’t charge me . Can’t thank them enough . Excellent customer service . They will most definitely get my business

Do not go here the west hempstead ny location scams you I came here to get a yearly eye exam and also needed it for the dmv to renew my license they tried to scam me and they refused me a exam because I didnt want to pay for them to submit to dmv when I can do that myself online called 15 other locations they do not charge this location 412 Hempstead Turnpike, West Hempstead, NY 11552
was trying to charge me $25 without even asking or checking my insurance card then the receptionist went to ask the eye doctor she came back and said $15 I said no its covered she said we do it ourself you cant do it which is not true you go on the dmv website they ask for the date of exam and dr license number . Since I refused to pay a fee I was denied a eye exam I kept my cool and walked out.Please if this happens to you do what im doing report to the better buiness bureau at 212-533-6200 and the ny office of perfessional conduct and report the doctor lisense and this location at 1800-442-8106 or email [email protected] with your complaint they do not have the right to charge you to send to the dmv when you can yourself and all the other sterling opticals on long island in ny do not do this they are trying to pocket your hard earned money with a fee i called several sterling optical and tild them what happened and they all said they do not charge for that as well as i can send the info to the dmv myself I was told by another location they are not surpose to charge a fee for the dmv license renewal watch out the people of long island at this location .
