Sila service contract highly recommended & our AC is thankfully back on & going strong after new coil installed for free. Brother team T & T (Tuan & Tim) did a fantastic job! As always, Sila technicians are always so hard working, for hours, so polite, wear the booties over boots, do a great job to clean up workspace & to explain the work completed & did a beautiful job & everything runs great! You can’t go wrong with Sila. Matthew Deal also did an incredible job diagnosing the issue, backdating the warranty to cover a new coil, so for a few hundred, we saved a few thousand and we are very satisfied. Call Sila, you deserve the best!

This was a correction for an issue that had not been appropriately addressed. Sila stands by its workmanship. It corrected the issue today. The techs were thorough and ensured proper alignment of the bottom pan. The original pan was too large and interfered with a door. The smaller pan is perfect. Thank you to Lam & Tran for correcting the issue. Thank you, Sila, for standing behind your work.

I just replaced my aging gas fired hot water boiler that was leaking with a new unit from Sila. Phuong Tran did the installation and the service and quality of work were outstanding. Although the installation was costly, financing was available. Highly recommend.

After some troubleshooting from the initial install...the system is working perfectly. Everyone was efficient and on time. Also, the technicians were courteous and took care not to damage their surroundings (my plants/home).

I don’t like to give bad reviews but when you hire a company that has workers that does not speak the same language, show up to do the work without the proper parts,(2 hour wait to get the correct parts) Then complete work and leave a gaping hole in my wall and put wires on top of the wall that is crooked!
it is what it is. I left a message 4 days ago about fixing the hole and have not heard back.Horrible experience! Would not recommend!
Oh and I had to check 1 star or I couldn’t post this. NO STARS!

Isaiah was so wonderful and very helpful! I called to have my boiler serviced and he gave me such good service and information, and was very straightforward! Would ? recommend this company. The company also made sure to call and text me multiple times to let me know someone was on the way and to keep me updated!

I didn’t get the best news but he also made so many good follow up recommendations! I just bought my house (first time home buyer) and it’s just me so he was very patient with helping me understand everything! Can’t recommend Sila and Isaiah enough!

Sila is always a great experience. They are always quick to respond to requests for service and very helpful in accommodating your schedule. In particular, Mir did a great job in quickly addressing my needs, and he was communicative, prompt, and efficient in getting our split system back up and running. Wouldn’t recommend anybody else for heating, cooling, or plumbing services.
