Worst experience ever
I’m waiting here past 4 hrs and whenever i ask any of the employees they just say sit in your truck and I already passed my appointment time which was 2 hrs ago and none of them were doing nothing just moving here and there

Nice staff and fast unloading.
Just get here early morning around 6am. No truck parking available. No dock. Can’t park here between 2am-6am. Good luck getting here after 8 am. Street gets busy.

Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be for a street unload in LA. No overnight parking. Had a 2 PM appointment time. 2 trucks in front of me when I got there. Total time here was about 3 hours. And that was with unloaders taking a 30 minute break before unloading me. Did have to pay a $200 unloading fee though. But that is out of the company's pocket, not mine. Gonna suck if I ever decide to go independent.

I give them 1 start because no parking for trucker
Some employees are bad
They do on appointments
Show up 1 hour early you will be ok
I check in 12 pm got out 2:30 pm
My appointment 1 pm
Full load
If you come on the night you can park on street
But if in morning no parking
I found place to park but some one black me like that

I show up right on time and they say i am late 1 hour. I waited 4 hour for unloading to start at least . No day time parking, No dock, No management, No respect for driver and office staff is very rude. If you going there double check your appointment time with them and show up 1 hour early. Its better to avoid this place. I am not going back. I would give them 0 star if Google allows me. Worst place ever.

Arrived 45 minutes early for my 1300 appointment and unloaded quickly. Be sure to take a check with you when you go in to get your bills.

I left with in hand 1.75hrs ? all were very quick and professional.

I show up right on time and they say i am late 1 hour. They got me unloaded in 30 mins and gave me paperwork after 2 hours even though i requested him many times. I never waited for paperwork in my whole life. No day time parking, No dock, No management, No respect for driver and office staff is very rude. If you going there double check your appointment time with them and show up 1 hour early. Its better to avoid this place. I am not going back. I would give them 0 star if Google allows me. Worst place ever.

All of the staff members there were really nice to me and were fast to unload. And the forklift driver was really kind and helpful. The office staff members were also very kind too.
