The guys came out right after major storm-surge water damage at my home. About 3 feet of water. Removed baseboards, flooring and a good five of wall board in our entire home. They explained everything as they went along and cleaned up the mess. Began drying. They will be back when i get full power restored to dry and clean again. A second crew will be removing kitchen cabinets and bathrooms during the next few days. They worked long hours. Very happy with the job.

Dre and Coliee did an excellent job cleaning my area rug, sofa and stairway. They went right to work and are capable, helpful and professional. Their customer service was terrific, and they both have a “ can do” attitude! A great experience overall!

This team was so quick and helpful! We had a small leak at an outside pipe which butted against our dining room and they came the same day to test for water inside the wall. After doing a thorough test, they set up all equipment and came to check on the progress every day. Would absolutely recommend.

I made an appointment for Saturday Sept 28 at 1 pm on Thursday Sept 26. I confirmed the appointment 3 times. I spoke with Meghan, Austin, and Santini. Even the day before on Friday I called and Santini said yes, I see you for Saturday at 1. Then no one showed up. When I called Santini says she doesn’t see me on the schedule. Then Meghan very rudely kept telling me the office is closed and if I want to leave a message. Mind you they are clearly not closed, its a water mitigation company in Florida after a hurricane, they had scheduled an appointment at that time AND they answered the office phone. Mind you, Meghan, who has zero customer service skills is the wife of the owner. I used this company last year and paid them over $20k. I referred A TON of business. If anyone has flooded time is essential. So to be dropped and not given a reschedule without a care for a return customer who has referred them tons of business is unacceptable. I will be reporting this experience to the better business bureau.

I am editing this post to say that Jesus and his crew did the final clean . All equipment is now out of basement and smells amazing!! Once again a HUGE THANK YOU! After hearing some not so positive responses about storm clean-up crews I was a little hesitant on seeing how mine performed. This crew went above and beyond my expectations! Prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. Basement smells amazing. Would highly recommend this crew !

Wow!!! I cant tell you how thankful I am for Jaime Farrell and his crew at ServPro Oldsmar/Westchase. We have used them 3 times at different campuses/buildings. Most recently we had a massive flood due to storms. ServPro had a representative on site in 20 minutes. Our project manager Meagan Peppers was amazing. To handle a huge commercial project like this in the time frame I gave them is unheard of. They overcame all challenges every step of the way and kept me informed through the entire process. They made a customer for life!! I keep them on speed dial just incase. Thank you ServPro Oldsmar/Westchase!

I contacted ServPro when my second floor AC leaked. They responded quickly and resolved my issue at a reasonable price. The team they sent to my house were Jesus, Marco and Dre. They were extremely professional, courteous and they were very accommodating. I would recommend ServPro of Oldsmar/Westchase to anyone I know.
