This will not be shown, but Servpro's subcontractors are terrible. Their workmanship and ethics were so bad that it made the project manager, John Paul's job miserable. Their initial team that took care of the water intrusion of my house were great and responded quickly. But when it came to the restoration, that's when they fell flat on their face. Painting, trim molding work, and installation of vanity was to say the least, criminal! Beware! Clean up and respect of the clients property was atrocious.

I recently used Servpro of East Bradenton /Lakewood Ranch and would definitely recommend them. They handled all the mold remediation and reconstruction in my house. The person assigned to supervise the reconstruction phase, John Paul Davies, was truly a dream to work with. He worked tirelessly to make sure all materials, products, and work were to my satisfaction. Mr Davies was always assessable, and he promptly returned my calls and messages, a rare trait in today's workforce. Even though Mr Davies was simultaneously in charge of many other jobs, his communication and service skills made me feel like I was his only customer.
