Fantastic customer service! I walked in with Sump Pump and piping in hand saying I need to replace this. They hooked me up with a much better pump, all of the materials I needed, and even cut the PVC pipe to the exact length I needed. BUT WAIT, I asked Timm why he didn't sell me a higher HP pump. He said "you honestly don't need it, we don't want to sell you something you don't need". Think the young man was Tyler? He was as service oriented as you can get. Just a great over all experience. Highly recommend them!

Called and spoke to Tyler because was Referred to this Supplier. I'm not a Plummer was just there to buy it for the installer. When got there Tyler was tied up and I came across some low-life completely rude jerk named Tim. Was just trying to confirm I was buying the right thing since I don't buy boilers every day. There was absolutely no reason to be obnoxious the way that he was. Will also contact Bradford white and ask why would they have someone completely non-customer-oriented represent their brand.

I've been to N & N Supply twice now to get parts for a gas heater. The first time I had ordered a part online from a different company and was given the wrong part. The people at N&N were able to identify the correct part I needed without hesitation. The second time was to get a different part and some filters. The people who work there are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even remembered my having been there recently. N&N is a great place with great service.

Love this place the first two times I came the guy who helped me had an attitude, HOWEVER. The third time I was attended by Jesse Grogan and his friend who were absolutely amazing. I came back a fourth time and luckily got Jesse again! He helped me solve my dilemma and his always very patient and kind which is a plus. Thank you!

N&N always goes above and beyond. If you aren’t to sure of a part. Just take it in, someone will be sure to help you find the correct part you will need. Thanks Jesse Grogan for all the help. Got the unit back up and running. He even explained what connections to use for the correct power supply.!
