Called Chris one morning expecting to schedule a time to come out to The Island of Lake Travis for carpet cleaning. He came out the same day! We discussed a time and he called to keep me informed when he would be at the condo. He showed up and got to work. Sanitized with pet treatment and cleaned the couch cushions while there. He had not planned on this extra time but I asked him about a quote and he got the job done. He did an EXCELLENT job and showed me what he was doing to the whole time. I booked an appointment to get my couch and area rug cleaned with Kyle. He was super responsive, walked through each detail, and was flexible with my schedule!

Chris came over and did an extensive clean on our white couches. We had some dirt from our dog that we could not get out. He cleaned our couches for about two hours and went over each cushion multiple times (we have a HUGE sectional). He removed all the stains and dirt! It looks BRAND NEW!!! He also cleaned our white area rug and got rid of the dirt in the traffic areas, again our rug looks BRAND NEW!

I could not be more happier with the results! I highly recommend this company. They were professional and diligent. I will 100% be using them for any future needs.
