This is a wonderful bank if you like going to their branch repeatedly just to open account and then sit on hold endlessly when you want to use your account. Opening accounts, accessing your account on-line, paying bills on-line, using an app - it's all so complicated and never seems to work but don't worry, they're "sorry" and if you'll just call another number and wait on hold again they will take care of the problem - but they never do. They actually cancelled a payment I made because it was the first time that I used the account! Then I had to wait on hold and go thru endless verification processes - and this is standard for every account according to them?!! The next time you think someone is sneaking into my account to pay my electric bill that's not fraud! That's me paying my bills.

Most horrible branch that I've ever come in contact with. My second time visiting and both times the customer service aspect is not there.
I needed a banker and sat there for almost 10 minutes while a banker watched me and I got up to go to him to ask if someone could help me. He then gave me the wrong answer, I thought about it and went back to be told there is only one banker and he is on lunch. Mind you this is during lunch.
In addition there was one teller with 6 people on line.

By far worst branch I have been to and I have been to quite alot. Slowest service ever and very incompetent for simple transactions that I do at every single other branch in 5 minutes or less literally took 30plus minutes. Between waiting behind only one person and then having to wait additional time to cash a BoA payroll check because they didnt know what to do. Big negative on this branch ,avoid it.
