I've used Aire Serv twice now and I cannot express how wonderful they are enough. We've had Eric as our technician both times, and he's absolutely wonderful. He's professional, courteous, super friendly and very knowledgable. He's also very expedient with his work. Setting up the appointments through their phone line was also very easy and they were especially sweet on the phone.

Eric from Aire Serv got out to my house and fixed our central air issue within just a few hours of calling the office. He was efficient, clean, and kind. It was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, but I wasn't climbing in my attic in the middle of summer, plus I got a thorough and fast service. No complaints

This is the first time I used Aire Serv based on customer reviews. Both Sandy who took my call and Eric, Tech was pleasant, friendly and professional from the start. Eric arrived within 2 hours and resolved my AC problem within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable, explained our problem and shared his troubleshooting tips. I am usually not impressed by service companies. The exception is Aire serv. One of their service guys came to look at my central ac 2 years ago. He was great and the unit worked perfectly all this time. The unit as I found out in this visit is 27 yrs old. Both my furnace and ac stopped working and ofcourse Temps were predicted to drop into the 30s. My furnace is a lot newer. I remembered my experience with Air Serv and never even considered another company. I called and spoke to Sandy. She is as wonderful as all of the reviews say. She stayed on the phone with me while I changed the batteries on the thermostat. She thought maybe that would solve the issue. The technician was here the next day!!! Earlier than the appointment ? amazing. He narrowed the problem down but it turned out to be bigger. Another tech came out to help. The outside unit was the issue and needed something replaced. They did a wonderful job and now I am sitting in a warm and toasty house. Thank you guys. I am glad I found you and hope everyone who reads this goes wirh you because you are absolutely the best.

My experience with Aire Serv was excellent! I filled out the "book an appointment" form on the website, and within 5 minutes, Sandy called me to set something up. Eric came only a few hours later, and he identified the problem with my AC super quickly. After replacing the necessary part (which he had with him - it didn't have to be ordered), Eric was very thorough, making sure everything was working the way it should. Already recommended them to a friend!
