Aire Serv has been excellent! From the moment I called to the moment the Technician arrived, Jason arrived promptly and prepared. One thing I really appreciated was that every time he came into the house or walked on our carpet, he put on boot covers so he wouldn't track dirt or insulation around the house. Jason diagnosed the issue very quickly and had different options for me. I also liked that Jason is a local guy who grew up in Jackson, and we were even able to pick out some mutual friends. All in all, great service, excellent knowledge, and homegrown talent!

Excellent customer service and notifications up to the date of service was very helpful.
We as consumers pay a lot for things these days. But they went the extra mile that made it worth the money paid for repairs. Jeff was our service guy and he was Excellent in customer service and explaining all necessary repairs. Great company! Definitely recommend this company.

Aire Serv called and offered to come earlier than my scheduled appointment. I told the office sure but asked them to be very quiet because my son works night's. Dylan Todd came in very quietly and did the service without waking my son and did a great job. I'm very happy ?.

I highly recommend Aire Serv! From the moment I called to set up an appt I received great customer service. Jason and Walid came out and cleaned our ducts and they were extremely friendy and professional. As well as, fast and efficient!! They were very prompt and arrived right on time.

Great communication. I also liked the tech, Jason Beck. He was thorough and he explained what he was checking for. He gave me information to think about and let me know that I didn't need to take notes as he would be sending me an email with all we discussed. That made me confident that I could make good decisions in the future regarding my AC.
