The technician arrived promptly. I do not know him nor had I previously met him. He wore protective booties over his shoes to prevent bringing any debris into my home. This gesture was very much appreciated!

He explained in detail what he was going to do, performed the work, and then reviewed what he completed. Very nice!

He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He is very young but carried himself in a manner as if he were much older.

If his employer reads this review, he should know that he has an excellent employee.

Always does their best to fit you in during an emergency! The workers are very polite and professional when they work on your air or heat. The man arrived about 45 minutes early, they told me between 3:30 and 5, so I was very happy in this heat that he made it ahead of schedule. Thank you always for your prompt service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was told I had a morning appointment and after not hearing back by 1:30pm, called to check in for an ETA. I was told that they could not give me an ETA but guaranteed that the technician would arrive by the end of the day. After calling in a couple more times to check for an update and getting the same guarantee, the technician called at 6:20 pm and told me that he had to reschedule the service call. Definitely will not be trying this company again.

We are in the market for a new AC system, Andriana from Aire Serv of Pasadena came and calculated the house sq/ft and accessed attic AC ducting condition, gave us 4 estimates on platium, gold, silver and bronze levels.
It also includes the city permit.
She is very well organized and equipped with wealth of informations.
The only thing I will mention here is they are AC franchised company, so you will be paying a higher price.i am pretty sure you will get a better maintenance service package later than any 3rd party private own company.

Michael Landowski, the diagnostic technician of Aire Reserve came and changed the capacitor of my Air conditioner Condenser. He was very professional and helpful. Another company had given me a quote that was not only much higher but they claimed other parts had to be changed too. Aireserve deserves its high rating as they are much more trustworthy, honest and professional!
