Aire Serv is a service company that I will definitely recommend for AC Services. Tamara has such great customer service, very accommodating, responsive and does follow ups on my appointments.
I am also very impressed by the level of service I received from the technician Giovanni. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and had great patience explaining to me his diagnosis of the issues I called for and how to maintain it. For the first time ever, it did not feel like a sales pitch approach, but rather trying to make sure he does everything he can to fix the issue.

I had a great experience with Aire Serv of Houston NW. The technician was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of his trade. Recommendations were made but they were not pushy. They provided me with fair estimates and gave me the privacy to make a decision on my own time. I'll hire this company again, for sure!

During a biannual inspection of my AC system, the company sent Giovanni, an amazingly knowledgeable tech, to come service my system. Because of his engineering background, he managed to explain everything in a technical way that was very understandable to me.
Giovanni is a prime example of what this industry needs when sending out someone to service customer equipment. Great customer service, a wealth of experience, and a very patient individual. I will continue to use Aire Serv as long as they have people like him representing the company.

I highly recommend Aire Serv for anyone in need of reliable AC services. The customer service is top notch. I called late afternoon after my AC went out. They were booked, but still managed to get someone out to help me. The technician , Giovanni was polite and helpful. The condenser fan motor went out, and he had a universal one in his car he was able to install right away. Prices are very reasonable, and I received a discount for being on their yearly maintenance plan.

We called Aire Serv out to give us a price on cleaning our A/C and dryer vents. A Mr. Seth came out and immediately went into a sales pitch about other products that they install. Where he went wrong was during his pitch, he said "I've even had "ethnic" customers tell me how well our filters get rid of the stinky smell of their food". We are an "ethnic" family, and that was not okay to say, and definitely not okay to include in your sales pitch. I'm sure this company does amazing work, but they are definitely not the company for us.

I needed a responsive ac company and boy did I find the right one! Air Serv was courteous, responsive and helpful. I can’t say enough about the technician, Andre. He was knowledgeable and took time to listen to the problem and found a solution. I highly recommend Air Serv and ask for Andre!
