I am always so very impressed with Aire Serve. I have been a customer for a few years and they keep my AC unit running smoothly with two visits per year. They also have helped out on several occasions when there was an emergency after a storm, or when there was an issue. They are prompt, courtesy and a good value. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Aire Serv of Central and West Houston recently. Their service was awesome from start to finish. I want to give a special shoutout to Robert, the technician who helped me out.

Robert really knows his stuff when it comes to HVAC systems. He took the time to explain everything clearly, so I understood what was going on and what needed to be fixed. His knowledge and skills put me at ease right away.

Not only is Robert super knowledgeable, but he's also really friendly and professional. He showed up on time, was respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. It's not every day you find someone who combines such great service with a friendly attitude.

Overall, my experience with Aire Serv of Central and West Houston was excellent. If you need HVAC services, definitely give them a call and ask for Robert. You won't regret it!

Communication with scheduling was very good - we had to postpone during a storm, and I was just being seen for anual maintenance. The technician, Robert arrived on time and was very professional and clean. He explained everything to me - took photos and videos of some issues. I’ll use again

Prompt and honest! Robert found a super minor issue with our ductwork that was causing some condensation that we a hard time tracking down and he got fixed it for just a reasonable diagnostic fee. Will use Aire Serv again next time we have an HVAC issue.

When my a/c went out last night, I left a message and got a call back very quickly. Tamara reassured me that my a/c might come back on (technical reason goes here...), but she would schedule me for a visit just in case. Sure enough the a/c did come back on later that night, but the phone call from Tamara is what kept me from losing my mind! I've always been happy with their customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience with Aire Serv of Central and West Houston. When I worked with them, they were Air Serv of River Oaks, and now it seems that they either change the name, or merged together - I believe they are the same since the owner's name is the same. Here are the reasons why:

1. Faulty Unit: They sold us an old, weak, and faulty HVAC unit. The unit was made in 2018, and we installed it in 2020 and paid almost $10K for it.
2. Repeated Issues: Despite assurances that our HVAC problems would be resolved with the new unit, we’ve had to call them multiple times for “optimization,” yet the issue remains unresolved.
3. High Costs and Poor Service: Every time they came for a checkup, they suggested replacing additional units, with quotes always exceeding my expectations. When I tried to negotiate, they never responded.
4. Unprofessional Conduct: I received a call where a lady yelled at me for not paying a bill, which turned out to be for another home, not mine.

I still have unresolved issues with my HVAC unit. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. If I had known earlier, I would have chosen a different service provider.
