I had a. Flight from dulles at 5 am and scheduled for the taxi at 2:30 am. I was little worried if my driver will show up but Sony came on time. He has a very clean and spacious car. I really like the service.

Fanastic service! With REAL customer service via WhatsApp. I was able to do a live chat to solve a problem: how to get my luggage from my hotel to Dulles? Super Taxi solved it: They picked up my two bags and met me at the airport. On time! Very helpful with everything. Highly recommended.

Requested a taxi to drive me and my mom to Dulles Airport. It was easy to make the reservation online and after I made the reservation I received a call to confirm. I placed the reservation a day or two in advance in the evening. The day of, I received a text to confirm the pick up address. There was a typo, one number off, but that was easily fixed with a call to the office who answered right away. Once the pick up address was updated, I received another text to confirm. The taxi was on time and Sony was very friendly and a capable driver. Route 28 can be a little crazy but the taxi was a huge SUV so that was nice.
The return trip from airport a few days later had a couple hiccups but that was easily resolved with a call to the office. With Dulles Airport being so crowded it was hard to hear the driver when he called and was trying to pick us up. I called the office and spoke with Sony and really appreciate how responsive he was.
It would be nice to have to option to either have the driver to tell us which area he wants to pick us up from when the confirmation text is sent or have the option to text the driver. I will use this service again. Sony is very professional and I like supporting local businesses. I don't use Uber or Lyft and was happy I didn't have to download an app and create a profile just to get to the airport.

It was a pleasure to ride on this Taxi with Sony. He I was very polite and respectful. He knew how to take care of his customers. I highly recommend this company and this driver.. his SUV was comfortable and clean. I will be using this company for all my future travels.

Super clean cars. Extremely reliable. Used them 5 times over 3 years. They never let me down or come late even once. I travel with big family and lot of suitcases. I wholeheartedly recommend Sony (owner) and Fred and their colleagues! I struggled with so many other companies until I found this onw.

Phone recipient was very rude - his English was hard to understand with his strong accent so I asked him to repay his words a few times. He turned very inpatient and asked whether I speak English! It’s ridiculous that he speaks with a strong accent and is an accentism himself ?

Was stuck in Upperville Virginia recently and this is the taxi service that picked me up immediately! Wait time was only 24 minutes! Life saver! FYI there's no uber in Upperville VA.
