If you don't want to move your asset every month, if you don't want wne you come to work see the last night someone was in your place and damaged your asset, if you don't want they relocate you every month. Stay far from this place.
In last 1.5 years they increase the rent %50 ( which we had no choice except to pay) and they force us to relocate twice, even more than %60 of the places are vacant.they came to our place and move all our stuff around with out let us know. When I complain why you didn't inform us at lease we could take care of our asset, you can't move our stuff whith out let us know they said you are not more than a tenant and we can do what ever is good for our business.
Very bad customer service and absolutely no responsibility.

Admin staff extremely irresponsible. I made an appointment to come and tour the place, received multiple emails confirming and reminding me of my appointment but when I got there at the day/time scheduled, there was no one there. I called the sales person (Christopher) who told me he didn’t know there was an appointment and that there was no one at the location to show me the facilities. If they are like this with a customer looking for space, imagine how it is to be tenants in a place like this. I just wasted an hour driving to see the place. Why having an online system to book a tour if it doesn’t work?

VERY DISAPPOINTED in their service and professionalism lately. We have rented with them for around 9 months now and we’re planning on expanding with them but recently their attitude has made me to reconsider.

BEWARE YOUR UNIT ELECTRICITY WILL SHUTDOWN MULTIPLE TIMES IN A DAY.

WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO REPAIR IT, they just tell you to go to the electric room and reset it. This is the service they are providing to us.

We lost a couple of dozen Christmas cut off shipments because of electricity issues. This has been happening for a month and there is no one at cubework that cares about getting it fixed. There is only guy who you can reach on the facility who cannot get the management to fix it. I have emailed 3 times already and no one from the management has contacted me.
