Presentation matters. Irene and her team at Olmos Park Postal know that and are sure to leave you with an B.E.A-utifuly wrapped gift! I’ve never had a go to place for gift wrapping, but I do now. Thanks team!

The first time I got gifts wrapped here, I had them wrapped and sent off to their destination from OPPC. One stop shops are always nice, much less hassle for me! Thanks again!

We came in with the intention of shipping with you. You were not helpful and had a smug attitude. You did not listen to what I said as I walked out. It was NOT about the rules as you so rudely assumed. It was your attitude and the fact that when we asked for you to put fragile on the package, instead you kept saying something about the rules and they don’t care about the Fragile sticker. Maybe don’t have a job in customer service if you find it to be too difficult to actually be helpful. The place we took our business to, as soon as we walked in they began asking how they could help and also ensured everything was packaged properly. Both of you began giving excuses to not do the simple task of ensuring you customers feel good spending money with you. Furthermore, the fact you are arguing with a potential customer instead of trying to make things right shows you do not have the skills to be in a customer service role.

Don’t go here, authorized retailers are rude and a waste of time. Disrespectful, unhelpful, shame on you. I’m not going to buy packaging for a return that’s already paid for, sounds like a scam when I can go to a corporate store and get a free envelope. You would think they would be kinder to customers considering FedEx is probably the only reason this business is alive.

Don't use FedEx here!! As someone who has only used FedEx one time and it happened to be here. I don't know what is their protocol but here's how my experience went.

I walked in with the intent to ship a box through FedEx. There was noone at the station. A woman who seemed like she worked there was very busy talking on the phone to a family / friend across the FedEx station. I asked her if there was someone available for FedEx and she paused her phone conversation for a few seconds to tell me I needed to insert my shipping label into a plastic cover. I don't know what area she worked.

I put my label into the insert and saw a roll of clear tape. I assumed I was supposed to tape the label to the box, so I did.

I was confused as to what would be the next step. So I looked around in the station for a sign that would indicate a space to leave the box for safe transfer and didn't see any. So I waited for the woman to catch her breath so I could inconvenience her with my question and she said that there was a drop off spot towards the back of the store. So I dropped off my package and went on my way.

I was not aware I was supposed to get a tracking #. Where do I get one?
The location I sent my items to said they only received 1 item when I sent 2 inside the same box! So idk.

I never have this problem with UPS. They're wonderful. I always go to the location off McCullough. They tape my packages and always offer me tracking #.
