Horrible experience dealing with place. I went to my first court appearance just for them to tell me to come back next week. Then I called for 3 days while also emailing to reschedule my appearance due to a sickness/covid and I have yet to receive an answer. Just tried calling again and I won’t even let me leave a voicemail. This place has horrendous customer service and seems like they just want to scam people and give out tickets.

I have been dealing with a ticket and the clerks can’t seem to submit everything correct and on time to DPS. They file everything opposite of what the judge suggests. 1st, Submitting to DPS I plead guilty when I actually plead no contest and was put on a probation period to have the ‘driving without a license’ out of my record. Then during my two first month of this period I get numerous of letters warning me of a warrant of my arrest when legally I signed a probation period of 6 months. Yet when you call concerned of the letter you receive, they apologize and say ignore it. Now it’s January. I go to DPS to get my license renewed and unable bc they inform me I have a ticket with this court. Mind I have paid my fees since November 2023! Confused and pulling my records I show the clerk at DPS and tell me they can’t do anything on their end. So I call today and ask ‘I still have a hold for an outstanding ticket?’ Once again they go over my terms say I am missing something I remind them you got the copy same they I paid for the ticket. They find the copy and of course apologize and then say “we will lift the hold.” No s%^^! I paid it in full months ago! As if it is not them wasting their time and getting mini heart attacks when you see a warrant for you. Jeez ladies get your s@&)) together!

The worst Police service in San Antonio, TX. Unprofessional, very ignorant and arrogant. Will try to pin the blame on you. I had an incident where an officer stopped me and coincidentally a vape pen was thrown on the ground and the officer said," no matter what goes on you will still be charged for the pen". Come my court date not a single word was said about a vap pen. They are a bunch of scammers and bullies but if yall run into any problems call Internal Affairs and get intouch with the Chief.

My daughter was pulled over and her civil rights were violated along with being charged with drugs that were in a bottle prescribed. They belong to my other daughter who has the prescription and were in my car that my other daughter was stopped for. They literally shackled here and searched without reason due to rolling a stop sign! Where are the advocates against these SO CALLED COPS! Why isn't anyone doing anything about them! Someone needs to get the outside to investigate like TEXAS RANGERS! We must all come together and get these law breaking clowns SHUT DOWN!

I can not believe what I witnessed. I did not think a PD in Texas would treat a lawfully carrying citien like a criminal. Armed citizens are not the problen, you are! I understand you are trying to protect the public but you can not make personal opinions and judgments. You are hired by the tax payers. You are hired to uphold the law not to create your own. Your department is what gives police officers the bad rep and make people fear the cops. Look at yourself in the mirror before passing judgement on a citizen well within his rights.
