Greetings, I used ServPro for a household flooding and repair. Their team was on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone, HOWEVER, the site manager NICK removed my floor carpet and promised to return it cleaned. After the project ended and 3 follow-up phone calls, No one from SERVPRO has returned my call, my carpet, or provided compensation. If you work with this company, please make sure all your items are returned before they receive a final payment.

We called our insurance company with a sudden water leak and within minutes Nick (project manager from ServPro) called us. He put us completely at ease as we were pretty nervous. He set up an appointment for the next morning which happened to be on a holiday, July 4th. Nick M from Servpro New Haven came out exactly on time as we discussed the night before. He was completely thorough and went through every step and explained everything. Very respectful of our property and a very polite and professional representative of the company. He explained what would be happening within the next few days and what we needed to do, if anything. Went over the equipment that was left here and went over any potential issues and what to do. We felt very comfortable and look forward to seeing the progress. Thanks Nick and Nick!

We needed Servpro for a central air drain leak that caused a flooded basement as well as sheetrock damage. Team Randolph was excellent with their knowledge and speed to fix the issue. Nick Mousch took care of us as we were part of his family.Very professional.

They admitted to accidentally throwing out a priceless table after a wirker said it was namagrd but management admitted it was in perfect condition. It was made by a family member who was a professional wood worker and only offered us $300 when it easily should have been between $1200 to $2000. So sad, can never be replaced and they didn't try to do right by us with that insulting offer.
