From my first phone call where I spoke with Tami (SO lovely!), to working with Dan (the manager of our job who is SUCH a nice guy!) who went above and beyond for us from start to finish, to speaking with Greg who was so efficient with all of our paperwork, communication and not to mention he too was SO kind, to the crew that came in and treated our home like their own - our experience was exceptional.

In my case, given that I’m immunocompromised, there were certain safety precautions that needed to be taken during our project. Well, my husband and I could not have asked for them to do more than they did all on their own without us having to say a word. As I said, the crew’s cleanup was meticulous not to mention Dan’s responsiveness throughout our project was absolutely incredible.

My husband and I are real sticklers for follow up and we were truly impressed with East End Serv Pro. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to and the process was seamless.

We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to use East End Serv Pro again. We highly recommend them!

We used ServPro of the East End to provide mold remediation services for our garage and a walk-in closet. From the start, dealing with their administrative staff , Tami and Greg, was a pleasure. They were patient and flexible with our need to change the date due to external circumstances. The price was reasonable and they even lowered the estimated price, since we emptied the closet and shelves ourselves. They were with us for two days and from the foreman Jose, to the hardworking employees, everyone was great. The entire team was on-time, professional and followed the steps that the mold assessor recommended, in his independent report. I would highly recommend Serv Pro of the East End to anyone that has to deal with the horror of mold remediation. They made a painful situation, much less tortuous. They were great!

I had a basement sump pump fail on a home I take care of and SERVPRO was recommended by the builder. They were completely professional from the start and really did a very thorough job on cleaning the mess and restoring the air quality to what it was prior. They also did not rush the job, they came several times over a week and left different types of equipment on site, which restored the air quality and fully dried the area of all wetness. Several different workers showed up at different points, each and everyone acted professional, and although just workers they acted in such a caring way, that I was amazed, they were not owners of the franchise. Even the person that handles the local phone calls and appointments was super polite and accommodating for all follow up visits. Oh one more thing, this all took place during the Co-vid Pandemic, and all the workers were fully masked at all times.
