Our furnace stopped putting out heat as the coldest weather of the season so far arrived. On a Friday. We called a different company and their tech was clueless. So it was late Friday when we called Aire Serv. A knowledgeable tech came Saturday morning who ordered what we needed. Another tech came and installed the part Monday morning and we’ve been cozy warm since. They were also very pleasant, personable men. They carried IDs and we were sent pictures of them to verify their employment.

Bob, was excellent! He inspected my heating and cooling system and told me it was from 1993. He even found the mouse nest outside in the compressor washed the coils for me. I say he went above and beyond! I have seriously been considering putting in a hot water on demand system and removing my hot water tank, he found the date of my hot water tank which was 2014 installation. I’m Serious considering the installation. Thank you, Bob for providing me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Late Thursday night my hot water heater developed a leak and was flooding my basement. I turned the water off to my oil burner and heater and called Aire Serv reaching their answering service.
First thing the next morning, Dominic came over and diagnosed the problem. The parts weren't available til the next day, which was a Saturday. 8 A.M. Saturday Dominic arrived and replaced the water heater and the expansion tank on the oil burner.
Great service, fair price, top notch company. I highly recommend them.

Great, professional service. For a very reasonable charge for parts and labor, they had my elderly father's central air up and running 3 hours after I called. This after another mechanical contractor said the entire system would have to be replaced, which would've cost him thousands. Could not be happier with Aire Serv's service.

I needed maintenance done on my central air unit so I made an appointment. The company kept me updated via text that the appointment was either set up, to confirm or that the techs were on their way. Two technicians came and they were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. After they changed my old thermostat and cleaned the unit the AC was giving out cool air with more power than before. I was made aware that my unit would need to be replaced in about a year because it’s old. Thanks for the wonderful job gentleman!

Dan Browne at Aire Serv knows his stuff!!!! He came out to our house and took the time to hear our concerns and wishes!!. We were very impressed with his knowledge of mini splits/heat pumps, and how well he communicated which size units would best serve our needs. This helped us to understand and choose the best units for our home, and the best placement of units in our home for optimal efficiency. We were equally impressed with his immediate responses to all of our calls, texts and emails. He clearly explained and provided a detailed estimate for the installation of a mini splits/heat pump system for our house, in a timely manner. He went above and beyond trying to find the best way to install our units so that we would have minimal linesets showing on the outside of our home We highly recommend Dan Browne at Aire Serv for any HVAC needs. His professionalism, expertise, work quality, communication, work ethic, attention to detail, and timeliness, cannot be beat!!

From free quote to full install, Aire Serv was fantastic! Dan was very knowledgeable and informative on the system they’d be installing for us. There were 3 installers here and they were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up after the job was done. We feel like we got the best price and system installed. Would highly recommend!
