I had a couple of minor pipe leaks that needed repairing. Dennis was able to come and make the repairs within 2 days, which was great considering these repairs weren't an emergency. Dennis quickly assessed what needed to be done and explained it clearly. He's obviously made similar repairs many times before - it didn't take him long to make the repairs and the results look better than new! All that for a fair price. I highly recommend Dennis.

Denis was nothing short of amazing. I have had him at my home three times and every time he got me in right away. So thorough and educated me on what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Wasn’t trying to throw unnecessary work at me to rob me either. Very fairly priced.

He's come out just to check something out or investigate an issue and offer advice. He always cleans up afterwards as plumbing issues can get messy. Dennis was awesome i had a lot of trouble finding a plumber for my basement. I would get estimates and people would never show up again. From the first phone call to the jobs completion i DID NOt a have single issue with Hes work. He was on time polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you call him for any of your plumber or heating needs.

After a positive experience with company earlier in summer, I had a terrible experience yesterday. I contacted Denis about installing range hood Friday and we agreed on a noon appointment the following day. On Saturday I called to confirm the noon appointment (at around 10am)since a small storm was rolling through the area. Denis confirmed. I proceeded to drive to work site, and received a call from Denis two hours later, without any type of apology that he was cancelling due to the storm. He also quoted me an outrageous amount for the job (3 times what it wound up costing from certified and licensed electrician). Finally, when requesting he only complete part of the job that was quoted at more reasonable price, indicated he wouldn't drive to Newark for such a small job, despite clearly listing Essex County as part of service area on his website.
