James is phenomenal. Our A/C went out right as it's beginning to get hot here in Texas. I wanted to call someone local and saw James is local to Jonestown. I made the call and he was able to come by within an hour. He hooked up all his gadgets and within 15 mins had a diagnosis. He was very clear with what needed fixed, explained the pricing, and went to Cedar Park to get the parts and come back and fix the unit the same day. James was extremely knowledgable, very professional, and he is an honest person. We are very appreciative for his help!
