I had a very positive experience working with Jeff's Tree Service. It was easy for me to schedule a time to have Jeff walk the yard and provide a quote for removal of trees and existing stumps in the yard. The turnaround time for completing the services was quick and efficient. The staff and employees were all friendly and courteous. Jeff and the crew did a great job removing a large tree limb and trimming/pruning all the trees on our property. We were pleased with the quick turn around between calling, having the estimate completed and getting the work done. While Jeff and his crew were friendly and approachable, I encountered a few challenges during my experience with them. Their task was to clear my backyard prior to planting new trees, but I noticed a stump that had been covered with soil instead of being removed. Although they had already returned once to address missed stumps, this issue persisted.

I reached out to Jeff's Tree Service via email to discuss the matter, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. I understand that oversights can occur, but consistent communication is essential for maintaining a professional relationship. In the future, I hope they can improve upon these aspects to ensure client satisfaction
