Such an amazing experience here at Jay Suites. I am actually very upset that we just found this great office space. I wish we started using Jay Suite years ago. Office space was neat, clean and spacious The Front desk coordinator (Anthony) was AMAZING. Professionalism like no other. He treated us with such respect and kindness. Very articulate, detail-oriented, and completely thorough in meeting our needs while we were there. You definitely can tell the staff here take pride in what they do!! Thought it was impossible to have an experience like this, but Jay Suites have defiantly set the bar high for EXCELLENCE!

I've been here at Jay Suites Penn Station for 2 years now and I'm still loving it. Great neighbors and fellow entrepreneurs that continue to inspire me. The staff here is a major plus and anything you need they are right on top of it. Conference rooms are always clean and very easy to secure. Do not think I am moving anytime soon. We've been renting their conference rooms on an as needed basis for the past year. We have been very happy with the arrangements. The meeting spaces are modern and professional with easy computer hook-ups. The staff is courteous and helpful. We are happy return customers.

Linda and the rest of the Jay Suites Penn Station team have been amazing to work with. They let us host our meetup there and were so helpful throughout the entire processes (helping us plan, promote it, set up, providing is with everything we could ask for during, and staying late to help clean up). Linda truly cares and goes above and beyond to help. Jay Suites Penn Station is my new favorite spot for meetups and events. Awesome location, space and staff!

The location is fantastic on the corner of 37th and Broadway, very easy to get to from anywhere in New York. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. This offices are a great deal for a small company looking to grow... we moved to this office because the space is good and if later on our company grows and need more space we can talk to them to get a bigger one within the same building. Plus, is close to several subway stations, so it's easy for our clients to reach us.
