Love mid Florida but this location has a huge problem with people parking behind the building and blocking access to the drive thru. It's almost every time I come here. You need to post no parking signs or SOMETHING. I'm not going to wait 25 minutes to be allowed to get in line for the drive thru. Unacceptable.

I went into Midflorida today to open a new business account. I was helped by Susan Hodo, Ms. Hodo is excellent, very knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares for her customers. She listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt very comfortable with her. I would recommend seeing Ms. Hodo for all your banking needs. She was wonderful and is what every bank/credit union needs

Needed help with my auto withdrawal for rent. The ap. I had didn’t withdraw the right amount. Susan Hodo helped me with getting it set right. She has always been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable with banking questions. She is professionable, efficient and always make everyone she deals with feel as though they are her only customers for the day. I trust her with my life! Because of her myself, my ex husband, and both my grown children and grand children use her and mid- Florida for all our banking needs. Thank you for having her on your team!!!

Ms.Susan Hodo was very helpful. She guided me through what had to be done and explained everything, reassuring me along the way. She told me if I had any questions I can call and ask for her, she's a very helpful lady. Highly recommend!

Susan is a at the best! I came in for a debt card replacement and came out with 2 vehicles refinanced and a new savings account. All in all Susan saved me hundreds of dollars by taking her time to ensure all my accounts were working for me and not against me.
