Had a maintenance call for a dripping secondary drain line. The servicing technician Giovanni was very helpful and informative during the service on what the issue was. After he made sure that our issue was completely resolved before his departure. I was complete satisfied with the detailed service provided from Giovanni.

Hi, Jose was my technician for today and of course I have had him before. Jose always does a fantastic job and explains everything to me . But I can truthfully say all the technicians that I have had have been very professional and pleasant to work with. Jose also explained to me the things that I need to have done. Thank you Jose and Aire Serv. Also a thank you to Tamara for always being pleasant when setting up the appointment.

Very good experience! Called and spoke with Tamara yesterday and she scheduled the GM, Joe to come out the same day. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and showed me what was wrong. I have a twenty year old unit and she needs to be put out of her misery ? Joe called me this morning and we discussed options. I feel like I was treated very well and will definitely be referring this company. Shout out to Susan, thank you again ❤️

Had an AC go out on a weekend and Air Serv was very responsive. The Technician did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, replaced a couple failed parts an I was back to cool AC.
