Parking dla ciężarówek bardzo duży podzielony na dwie części aczkolwiek już po południu pełny (bezpłatny). Toalety na pierwszej części parkingu na stacji Shell płatna 0,70€. Bilet jako voucher na 0,50€. Jedna kabina tylko czynna, a ruch spory, niezbyt czysto. W drugiej części parkingu toaleta z dwoma kabinami oczywiście tylko jedna czynna i brudno. Parking nie osłonięty ekranami, a co za tym idzie głośny. Automat z gumkami w toalecie.

Von Service haben die Mitarbeiter noch nie was gehört. Sowas unfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Artikel falsch ausgepreist und man sagt was, gleich ist "freundliche" Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse auf 180. Echt das allerletzte. Wenn es geht einfach einen Bogen um die Tanke machen.

Unfortunately has some people working who hate their job badly.
One of the other customers pointed out the coffee machine is not reading bank cards, while the machine does offer it as an option. The lady disinterested claims to not understand what he is saying. Customer spoke in perfect German that even I as a non-native speaker understood. Even when the customer tries again, and even offers to explain in English, the lady just wanders off.

But not all employees are the same. Kudo’s to the young employee for picking up on the issue and coming up with a solution, and also for offering to heat up the sandwiches.

Toilets 1 Euro are nice and clean.

Als ich versuchte, eine einfache Frage zu den Services zu stellen, wurde ich mit einem genervten Ton und ohne jegliches Interesse abgefertigt. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht nur unhoflich, sondern geradezu respektlos. Anstatt mir weiterzuhelfen, wurde ich mit einer abweisenden Haltung behandelt, was meinen gesamten Tankstellenbesuch zu einer sehr unangenehmen Erfahrung gemacht hat.
Ich werde diese Tankstelle in Zukunft meiden und kann sie leider auch niemandem empfehlen. Hier ist dringend eine Schulung in Sachen Kunden-freundlichkeit und Service erforderlich.

Douches zijn hier altijd kapot. Parkeren hier dagelijks 70 vrachtwagens waarvan er niet een heeft kunnen douchen. Slechte zaak...

Мужчина кассир отвратительно себя вел, махнул рукой и стал обслуживать следующего клиента за мной, потому что не смог понять какие я сигареты прошу! Девушка на кассе подала сигареты и этот же мужчина пробил мне их и вырвал с рук карточку! Жаль что мы находимся не в своей стране, так бы я объяснил бы ему что и как за такое поведение…
