Don't waste your time. They give you a schedule then call you a day before your shift to change your site and shift. The Chinese dispatch lady just couldn't comprehend 'Overnights only' dispite the fact I already mentioned this during the interview. I blocked the number and threw away the uniform. Don't waste 6 hours of your life like I did ESPECIALLY if you live far asf from the bronx as is. They will give you a fake schedule and uniform just to get your documents information then call ya saying the site is not available.

The services provided is great, I don't normally provide feedback to any company as they are expected to deliver what I paid for. But because of the event they have covered. It went really well, the venue is well organized, there were instances that the crowd would go wild with the mini concert but because of immediate action and proper communication we are able to prevent any injuries from the site, they even cleared the venue and made sure everything is in place without any additional cost.

The next time you look for exceptional security service, I highly recommend them, great people to work with! xoxo! <3

Just not a good company needs help. They make you pay for uniform. Dispatch discriminates, Not a lot of good sites, Company is just not professional. Ever heard the saying don’t judge a book by cover? That doesn’t apply with this company. Everything you see is everything you will get.

A day at Issm centers around you, the scans placed at the sites and dispatch, after you sign in on their tracking app they use to track your location and do scans you must send a picture of yourself to prove your wearing their uniform, I paid for my very first Issm id Card, you get paid minimum wage don't matter where they send you, no paid vacation, you won’t get any paid sick day if you don’t request it when calling out, dispatch will harass your phone to cover a shift, when dispatch get desperate for coverage they will try to switch you off the site they tell you is your permanent schedule , dispatch took me off the schedule for not accepting a switch, dispatch will also harass your phone if you miss any scans, often you will get offers to cover a new site from dispatch with very little detail of what your supposed to be doing at the site all they know is do scans every 15 to 30 minutes and make sure to sign out on their tracking app

I had the experience in dealing with professional company when I made my networking event. What an amazing experience I had in dealing with them, they are so professional and wanting to make sure anything that the customer needs happens.
