Bill at Rooter Man is amazing. I had two other companies come out multiple times and they could not fix my clogged kitchen sink. Bill came once, quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work with specialized tools I hadn’t seen the other companies use. I was almost at the point of cutting into the walls and re-doing piping and thankfully Bill and Rooter Man saved me. Cannot recommend enough.

Tim was amazing! Knowledgeable, helped educate me on the issues, took his time and was thorough. Pricing was extremely fair and calling to get an appointment was fast and efficient and came quick. I felt I was working with someone and a company that cared about my concerns and wasn’t trying to sell me. He was very genuine. I live in a condo complex and will be recommending him to the community because a lot of the neighbors are older and need proper care when issues arise and Tim and Rooterman went above and beyond. Rooter Man of Clifton Park --terrific operation. We had a plugged toilet which couldn't be fixed with our simple plunging. Made a call and was told they would be out to us (we couldn't believe it, they actually arrived within the hour!) Bill immediately identified that the blockage was exterior to our house, somewhere along the septic line and quickly pinpointed the location; he and his assistant dug up the area and cleared out the line. Very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I even learned a few things about our septic system. Thanks Bill! We highly recommend.

I am beyond happy with my experience with this company. Tammy’s customer service was outstanding as well as Bill’s work! They were very quick to address my sewage backup basement issue and amazing on some follow up items I had. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he explained everything perfectly and went above and beyond helping me until this issue was fixed. Price was good compared to other companies I called. I will be calling them again any time I have a plumbing issue!
