I worked with Jico at the Kohler store, who spent a lot of time explaining all the different options and parts. He communicated promptly and well and I couldn’t have made all my bathroom faucet, fixture, and tub choices without his help. I appreciated getting to see the shower in action in their showroom to get a sense of the water pressure. I went with the Purist line in brushed brass and the Underscore soaking tub, which fit the tight 60 x 30 space but gives me a few extra inches of depth over my last tub. Very happy with the products, service, and delivery. Much recommended

I had a fantastic experience working with Anthony Ciavattoni at Kohler in Industry City, Brooklyn. His knowledge and expertise in designing our bathroom and kitchen were exceptional. Anthony was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with every detail. I walked in today to ask about shower components and faucets and had a horrible experience. Chris was extremely standoffish and had the same attitude as those TikTok videos of employees driving customers out of luxury retail stores. I felt like I was being chastised for not having studied / not being prepared for a presentation rather than having any kind of helpful discussion around how to choose the bathroom fixtures I needed and what to ask my contractor to ensure the components behind the shower worked.
I ended up going all the way to Brooklyn to the other showroom in order to not have to interact with Chris ever again.
