I couldn’t not share this with everyone. As an out-of-state home owner, I contacted.Aire Serv for a quote on a mini split system.John Muir called me right back and gave me a great price for a complete install after going out to my house. The price was great but i had concerns about allowing total strangers into my home unattended. John assured me that he would personally see that everything was done in accordance with what we had discussed and they would take good care of our home.
I’m proud to say Aire Serve lived up to their reputation and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Rachel (The Owner) reached out to me several times to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, and I was pleased.

Ok. My first day in my new home. My realtor recommended Aire Serve as a reliable vendor. Let me tell you that coming from the northeast and not experiencing even close to this level of service is amazing. The professionalism shown to me from the beginning was on point. Shout out to their technician Allan. He even helped me unload my car.

Rachel, Ed and Ryan were tops with their services. From start to finish, great. Their installation team did a great job with the many challenges they were faced with fitting the ac handler in a second story closet that 35 years ago was not built for such an upgraded unit. Warranty for both parts and labor was superior to their competitors. Highly recommended!!

We had one of the best experiences with this company.
Very knowledgeable and very trustworthy, we shopped around for our new HVAC it is a very big purchase, without a doubt many companies did not even compare.
Will be referring to all. The technician Alan was very professional and humble, he nows his proffesion and is extremely honest, trustworthy, punctual we can not say enough about him and his co worker Ryan.
