This week I went to pump the gas for my car, their pump sensor was broken and cause me waist $12 extra, and I explained to the staff and they admitted, I asked them to get manager phone number because I want to see are they able to refund me, they said they will have manager call me back, and until now no one call me, I usually goes there every week because I live close by, but now I rather go farther place.

Yeah I don't care that money now, whatever you said, I came to your gas station before this happened about 2 times per week, and now your pump didn't stop the gas and made those gas split on the floor! You mean my new Lexus has problem? You are very funny, is ok now I go 0 time per week. Safe that $12!!!

I have been plenty of times at this gas station but just recently I noticed that the owner and some employees of this gas station likes to keep the change if you don't pay attention. Next time when you pump gas check your change and I bet you are missing around 10 to 25 cents. They tried to do it two times already to me two different people working there be aware every little change counts. If 1000 people pump gas a day and lets say 700 people don't check their change and from those 700 please are missing 15 cents. Guess what .15x700=105 dollars a day x 30 days thats 3,150 dollars a month in a year that's $37,800 someone is getting paid. The best way to avoid this scam with the change is to ask for a receipt. If they don't give you a receipt ask your self why and you will be missing some change I guarantee it.
